%xx ds per lvl --> this is where I get confused, the guy who listed the amy's pic says it adds 0-75 ds so which is like .75 ds per lvl.. the legit/perm one I bought has the same as the current highlord's %ds per lvl which is .375

I edited the stats of 08 highlords at the cc-comp dupe list just now. It should be .375%/lvl.
