Dain, I'd keep that belt. Not many builds would use it, but it's decent enough for the FHR / Life / Str that it's got its uses.

WildJ, your jewel is decent as a temp - a few duelers keep resist gear in their stash, and your jewel would work well for that purpose.

I'd say thats good for MLD easily. +4LS/2soc. While it might have been better with native IAS, still seems good to me. + its in the best possible claw type for any sort of trapper.
