if I'm not wrong a rare circlet can get up to 6 affixes right?
if so a rare circlet theorically can get 3prefixes +3suffixes no?

+any type of skills --> prefix
+visionary --> prefix
+sockets (Mechanic's) --> prefix

is this spawnable? or do I dream too much?

edited: I meant 2os, I know a rare circlet can't get more than 2os.

Fuh, you should check which affixes can spawn on rares and which can only spawn on magical items, this should help you understand.
