Hi im getting bored of d2 so ima try single player can you help me out on picking a character.

i was thinking a kicker, or a regen..something

please list some build names that might work.

if youre bored of diablo, youll want to kill yourself if you only play sp.

Hard to start, but a char that can successfully beat sp is a bower, you could also try a nec summoner, a shaman, meteorb, zealer (though hell cs will be a motherlover, same with summon nec and shaman). I've done an hdin before, I made it to hell a1, then kinda stopped sp. Hard part is getting to lvl 18 and maggot lair, that shlt was crazy.

Or you could cheat and get a Hero Editor.

Hero editor is no fun if you're actually going to play single player. Make sure you use /players 8 though. Otherwise when you make it to the higher difficulties your char will suck too much to get very far.

true that. and you can always go back to /players 1 when you get to bosses or difficult parts to make it easier too

edit: a friend and i did norm and nightmare in an IP game, it was pretty fun actually. i was a blizz sorc (did most of the killing/moving) and he was a zealot (a tank). find a friend or two with similar schedules to yours

I made it to act 1 hell before I stopped playing sp using a bone necro. I was lvl 70 something just doing pit runs.
