If I have a gpa that needs 60 ias for 1 of the last ias bps
and I have a 3 shael in it I hit the ias bp but...
if I have 2 shaels and ik gloves/belts that add 25 and 40+25 and it =s 65 will i hit the bp or will the ias from gloves affect it differently

Assuming gpa is a weapon of some sort rather than a measure of academic success, IAS on or off the weapon will work the same for most attacks. WW is different (only weapon IAS matters). There is something different when you use dual wield, or if you are a were-druid, I think. Not sure what exactly.

-ww is weapon ias only
-shapeshift is MAINLY weapon ias, but off-weapon ias helps a bit too, depending on how much weapon ias you have
-if you dual weild, and then use a non-weapon attack like kicks or trap laying, then only your main-hand ias applies (main being the first weapon you put on)

its poleaxe* and thats what i was thinking. But that has a higher lvl req. like 63 to use it. So unless hes talking HLD, i have no idea what aar is trying to say.
