Ok, I've been using limewire for about 4 years, and now suddenly it won't connect. I looked up possible problems, but all I can get is "Firewall problems" and I've tried fixing that, but that doesn't seem to be the problem.

I ran into the same problem a while ago, and then just deleted it, heh I then re-downloaded it and it works fine, as far as the problem goes I don't know what was wrong, haha

you didnt change comps or operating systems?

i remember that happened to me a while back when i changed O.S.

all i did was i went into properties and changed it to "run as admin". if that doesnt work, mess around with the compatibility.

Edit: or as Joey said, you could just remove it and re install it... ofc the above option would take less time, and potentially save some of yours...so you might want to try it 1st. If neither of those work, and reinstalling it doesnt work, ask Ubermoose. For computer problems, hes better then Google.

I'll try the delete and re-install thing when I get more time, that seems pretty solid.

Computerwise nothing has changed, that I know of atleast. Rest of that I no comprende Sad
