Im just curious as to what your feelings about snow/sleet/frozen rain are.

I personally love all of them. Today we got like 6 inches of snow already, i didnt have track because all after school activities are canceled, i got to see like 25 people fall on some patches of ice underneath the snow (i was laughing my ass off....im a bad person).

The past two mondays ive had 2 hour delays...which is perfect since i've had to hold and participate in a group presentation/seminar project about Pride and Prejudice for the past 3 weeks (i present on monday) and have had 13 minutes less time during the period i needed to do this.

anyways snow has made my life a lot easier and more fun. Just curious as to what you people think about the winter precipitation.

Only like snow, Come from a tropical climate and now live in a much cooler place and I get annoyed looks from my friends when ever I get excited about snow. Oh well. Very Happy

i work outside.... i hate it all.... de-icing planes...... ummmm.... yeh. i hate winter time. i used to love it.

unfortunatly its summer in the southern hemisphere. having a white christmas would be nice at least one time. but then again, having warm weather is nice too

I like snow. I live in California, however, so I won't be seeing any until the apocalypse.

we didnt get sent home early either. it was just i didnt have track because there were no after school activities.

Apparently it costs a lot of money to send everyone home early, and apparently theres a lot of issues that the school district would like to aviod... ie young children home alone, children locked outside in a snowstorm/blizzard, w/e could happen although it mainly deals with the younger kids.

Anyways...besides diplo, it appears that most people are fans of snow Smile

Dao, if u want to see a lot of snow go to Buffalo NY for a week during the winter... sometimes the snow they have is ridiculous... like over buildings and shit. people dig out tunnels to get from place to place.

I of course live closer to Albany, and where i live seems to always avoid the predicted snowfall (except today). At least when some noob druid comes w/ his tornadoes and/or hurricanes we will be safe.

enough procrastinating... time for homework, since it stopped snowing, and i will most likely have school 2marrow.

Upon leaving NJ, i miss snow sooo much! in GA it used to snow but global warming fucked that up Confused

i hate snow, i'll trade ya grim. it was -28 C here for most of last week. too cold to snow actually, but the snow wouldnt melt so it just got compacted into inches of ice. fantastic!

and for you imperial system noobs, -28 C is about -18 F
