I need a 4soc rune staff..
where do they drop often?
I can test my luck and try to cube white ones too...

Most of the rune staves I've found are from nm cows, it will take a while though, and you will most likely have to try yout luck with white ones.

ya, i found mine in nm cows.... ofc it was white, but i was sooo tired of looking for one.
I got lucky and it got 4os...ofc my 8+insight rolls were 13 or below.... i finally got a 16 (or 15 idr) and i was happy enough with it (and out of hel runes).
