Here because I think i'll need more mana for spamming =/

Helm: Harlequin Crest Shako or a +2 barb skill with 20fcr circlet. (don't know which one to use.)
Armor: Que Hagan’s (Breaking 105 FCR breakpoint with dual wizzies)
Weapons: Dual Hel’d Wizspikes (For godlike fcr and resists and + mana and regenerating)

Weapon Switch: 2x +3 warcry spears.
Amulet: FCR Amulet, with+ to barb skills.
Rings: 2x SOJS
Glove: Frostburns
Belt: Gloom Trap
Boot: Silkweaves

My merc i was considering to get a Doom, Vampgaze and shaftstop. I figured Doom it would take out physical immunes and for mana i could just pickup mana pots and drain so mana won't be a problem.

Also the armor, Que Hagana, im not sure i'll use if i use the +2 barb +20 fcr so i'll still get enough fcr for the bp. Either Que or nigma for the + strength.

My streng + dex will probably be lower cause i didn't factor in Torch or Anni yet.

I would use these over what you listed:

Dual Hoto's
Arachnid Mesh belt
Enigma
+3 War Cry delirium

I have no experience playing a Singer at any level. I've seen one or two HLD singer's and they were pretty easy to beat.

Arach for the belt. The + skill + fcr and 5% max mana will help you the most out of all of these.

Enigma for armor. Without a doubt you will be SO disappointed with this character if you cannot teleport. Also the f w/r + str + skills + life + DTM and + dr will help you immensely.

get at least 1 hoto (preferably two) and keep 2 wizzys in stash/switch (or one in the offhand) . The + skills will help and you, as will the mana can use a wizzy on the offhand for some more res and fcr. You lose 10% fcr and a bit of resistance off the hoto, but you gain 3 to all skills, 15% max mana, 10 dex, and 20 life rep.

For your boots i would recommend 65 life(or 60+ ) water walks or treks over silkweaves. The + mana they give you wont help much at all with 2 wizzys/hotos, 2 sojs, and frostburns. Might as well get 65 life 15 dex and 5%max fire res.

Gloves go with frostburns for mana. Only other option would be some double up'd bloodfists for the life/fhr and a few other minor mods. Consider these ONLY if you have more then enough mana without frosties.

For rings, your correct with sojs. Another option although probably more expensive and less effective would be 10% fcr rings with 20 str + dex and + mana. These would only be used if you needed to get a bit more fcr to hit 105 (you should have no problem with this).

For helm, shako is fine. Other options include a kiras with an um (for res stacking), 3 BO 3 WC Delirium, 6bo 6 WC helm (preferably with more then one socket), or a much more expensive option a CoA (1 socket should be fine. two sockets would be better.)

For your ammy, if you still need FCR get a 2 barb skills crafter ammy with the ammount of FCR you need. If you dont need the FCR go with a Maras for the + skills + stats and resistances (incase you havent noticed, you want VERY high resistances on this character).

If you get 2 hotos on the 1st weapon set, you can keep 2 wizzys on the 2nd weapon set. If not go with 3 WC sword/axes/spears.

For your merc, get an Eth Doom Cryptic Axe, Eth Ap Fortitude, and an eth 12% life steal Crown of Thieves ( with an Um or Ber ). He should almost never die.

Less expensive merc option would be a 8/8 gaze or 12% life steal CoT with um, Shaft or Upd Eth Umd G angel (the g angel gives your merc ~2k def and possibly MASSIVE resistances if you can hit the initial 75 you need.) and Insight Cryptic Axe.

Weapons: Dual Hel'd Wizspikes (For godlike fcr and resists and + mana and regenerating) <== this is cheaper xD I guess i'll go Dual hotos if i can get a decent insight merc that won't die on me for the extra damage.

Weapon Switch: 2x +3 warcry spears. (there are easy to get too :])
Amulet: FCR Amulet, with+ to barb skills.
Rings: 2x SOJS
Glove: frost burn (might use magefist if I have enough mana)
Belt: Arach
Boot: I'll go with Mimes idea of treks for the +15 strength. Guess silkweave isn't that needed if i have a good insight merc.

bp or mage, depends if you can use mage or not without adding any str. if you can, use it. if not, use bp

103 strength hmm.... I'll see. I just need to be able to use my treks which has 93 strength and gives 13 more strength to use a mage nigma. I guess i'll get all my items before i get it. Or just get tons of streng charms and glitch it lol.

mage is 55 str req i believe. i think you're thinking of archon. the beauty of enigma is the mass str it gives you. you want to make it in a super light armor so that it gives you all the str you need to wear the rest of your gear. so what im saying is if your torch and anni, and maybe jewelry, give you enough str to use a mage plate without adding str, use a mage nigma. otherwise use a breast plate nigma

Oh yeah, I was probably thinking of archon plate xD Well if its only 55 strength I'll have enough strength with my torch and anni then i can equip it and use it for strength, so i can probably have base streng :] Dex .. i might have to add to. Wizpikes >.>
