So; I'm very very poor and decided that it'd be a decent cheap pub-killer build. I have nearly nothing though, so don't suggest amazingly pricey items. Also; if possible could you tell me where to shop/MF for the items suggested? (I also have no experience with smiters so there are probably mistakes everywhere.)

Anyways, let's get started
By 3X I meant somewhere in the 30's, I was thinking 38 would be decent for pub killing (I know I'm not "lld" anymore, but it's just for fun until I can build something else).

Str: Enough to wear my gear of course
Dex: Enough for Max block
Vit: everything else

Skills:
Basic smiter skills except I'll be using Fana and be G-rushed (lawl) Although if someone knows something that would do better than basic smite skills + fana with this I'd be happy to look it over.

Equips (this is where I need help)

Weapon: I have no idea, would a strength still be viable at this level? Or would I need a 3 fana 1-3 smite sheal'd scepter (how many shaels?)

Shield: The other piece I'm clueless about. A nice barbed shield? Or would a pally shield be better? Also; where would I mf/shop for one?

Helm: 2 combat +life circ (trying to keep this simple) or is Guilliame's (spelling?) usable at that level.

Armor: Shroud/Shaft/Vmagi...Shaft for melees and vmagi for casters would be my best bet right?

Rings/Ammy: 2 SoJs and a 2 pally comb X-XX life

Boots: Would goblin's be viable for the CB or would I want something else?

Belt: I was thinking death's for the CBF, but I'm not sure of all the belts available in this level range. Edit: I just remembered SoE, that would be better right? So where should I get CBF? With a decent SoE and my shaft I should be getting 4X% DR which would be pretty annoying.

Gloves: Cleg's (they give slow, right?) would be pretty annoying, but would I want IK or something else instead?

On switch: For my switch I think I'll have prebuff HS stuff then switch it for a life tap/amp damage wand (where should I shop for these?) just because I'm not going GM for this build.

I can't really afford many charms so I'll just use stuff like 20 life LCs and 10-12 life SCS for the time being

Anyways; the whole point of this build is pub killing, so being BM isn't really a problem for me.

Very cheap budget build which deals quite a bigpunch. You could use abit of deffiance on this build aswell as it has good deffence if vsing melee.

Because it's cheaper than soj's lol and you can charge with this char aswell hence the big heavy weapons. You could use black flail and save stat points.. oh BTW it might not work in a devine scepter. Just stick to a Black flail/knout.
If you can afford to use soj's by all means use them, i just thought soj's were abit pricey to use on super cheap build.

imo go 35 to use black/iron pelt/guillaume's.

Upped Goblin Toes + Guillaume's + Black = 100 CB. Wiiiin. Iron Pelt for sweet DR/MDR, and being 35 is nicer than being 38 for Shaftstop, which is just so boring.

A rhyme shield would give you CBF. Prebuff with a spirit shield (or use a pally shield with high base res and smite dmg, then make a spirit in that for the + skills and res, or Rhyme for the CBF and other mods.

For gloves and belt i would go IK. Def helps on a smiter.

Angelic jewelry also give you a decent life boost, and some dex. The AR would allow you to charge and actually hit something.

Helm i would go with a Guilliaumes face, with a -15req + some other helpful mod jewel.

For your wep use a black knout (for additional charge damage)

For boots you could go with IK for the 3 set piece bonuses, or go with some up'd g toes for the CB.

If you do end up going to lvl 38, keep a V magi in stash for vs casters, and use a shaftstop for vs melee. You should have enough room for another armor.

Use 2x spirits to prebuff holy shield. +4 skills from weapon and shield is hard to beat at that lvl (unless you are fortunate enough to find a 2 p comb 3 HS scepter...)

Hmm, thanks for the help; but now I'm wondering now that I do have the SoJs would using those and a +2 combat/life ammy (or would 2 offensive auras be better?) be the best set up (my friend was generous enough to fully gear my mfdin and I have 2 SoJs and a Bul Kathos )? Right now I'm looking for some pieces of the gear but hopefully I'll be pubbing pretty soon.

By the way, where is the best place to find an amp or life tap charged wand?

I found my Lifetap wands from Hell Akara. NM Drognan also works, if only because you can spawn the entrance near him, and quickly cycle his inventory.

Yeah, about that...I was thinking of using a HF merc with an insight , I could also have a point or two into HF just in case as well as a General's flail and slow gloves in my stash just to be really annoying. Right now I just need to find my shield and belt and I'm set, thanks for all of the help!
