I wanted to re-open this to make sure the facts are straight.

1. I wasn't involved with any of this at all except for the fact that one of my guides was copied. I didn't even know about it until one of the mods mentioned it.

2. No one ever heard from Spuds that I know of.

Perhaps those that know what went on can chime in on this subject and tell what they know.

What I know of Spin/Spuds he is a trusted trader. I don't really hang with him or anything but he seems pretty cool to me. I'm sure everyone's viewpoint will vary.

Perhaps if he rights any wrongs he can return... who knows.

Then he duped LLD items and sold them as perm.

I really didn't think so... I'm pretty sure sPiN is one of the members of clan spin, a lld clan which was started by Spuds, but I'm almost positive spin isnt spuds himself.

Steve, me and Spuds used to be good friends on D2 but he went to Ladder and I stayed on NL.

We stopped talking once I alerted people he was selling unperm jewels as perm jewels.

Spuds is not the sPiN or whatever that uses this site.

Also, Spuds duped after D2Xp started dieing, not during. He got duped 24s from Jebus and AlexxMarsh and duped those, then he moved onto scs I believe.

He tried selling dupes on here at 101, but I always notified people when they were. I'm not sure if was able to sell a few without me knowing though.

AlexxMarsh did the same thing, and that's why we're no longer friends. He got pissed I posted in his thread saying his jewels were unperm.
