idk much about mld but i know they duel in nm so therell be 56 skills, and this is my best go:

skills

1 might
1 b. aim
1 conc
20 fana
20 sac
4 zeal
1 smite
1 charge
1 h. bolt
1 b. hammer
rest into holy shield

gear

helm - guillaume's (socketed with um)
armor - stone
gloves - magnus'
belt - tgod's
boots - gore rider
ammy - angelic
rings - angelic/raven frost
weapon - eth oath zerker
shield - 65/121 sacred targe (most block) sanctuary (as close to 70 res as possible)

charms: skill/life gcs, life scs, max/ar/life scs (a mix of shitty ones in my case but better than any lld gear ive got)

am i close? i like it...

Can't have Eth Oath Zerker at that level.

I'm too lazy to fix the rest of your build, but balance out fana and zeal, I believe maxing zeal might work out better for you.

Shaft > Stone.

Also,

MLDs hell rush. Plus, Hoz > Sanc.

ah mb, forgot about hoz. and id use naga then i guess.

why the hell would i max zeal? fana gives ias and way more ed and ar.

Don't use a naga, use a small crescent.

ED from skills /= to ED from auras.

Test it out in open first, I believe Zeal > Fana, but I could be mistaken.

If you get ed/ias jewels, then the additional ias from fana won't help.

i would use small crescent but its too slow, unless theres an alternative thatll make it work, without everything but the 4 frame sucking.

I'd go for IK Gloves+Belt. Better armor would be Shaftstop or some Jeweler's "armor" of the Whale/Squid with IAS/ED jewels. The only other helmet I could think of is Vampire Gaze for melee duels.

Like Sad said, keep a Sanc with +100 resist at least in stash to duel fohers and blizz sorcs.

Personally, I think 2x ravens will benefit you more than raven/angelic. If you go that route, you can get a really nice rare amu... or use a mahim oak like I did (mahim oaks are awesome).

since I've never made a melee mld, this post actually is a question not a suggestion.

I've always wondered if 0-30ias/180-185ed/115-121ar/bla bla Sacred Targe > 195-200ed jeweled hoz..

st would let u use stat/ar/28-30ed/-15reqs jewels in gface and shaft.

st would also offer you these gloves/boot options:

#1: huge stat / life / %10cb sharkskin gloves [which only needs 10ias] (assuming if you use 2x ias/30ed jewels + 2x 30ed/bla bla jewels)
#2: upped blood fists (assuming if you use 2x ias/30ed jewels + 2x 30ed/bla bla jewels)
#3: ik gloves + boots combo with only 15ias from gear. (assuming if you use 4x 30ed/bla bla jewels)

does the huge defense difference between hoz and st worth this trade off?

Yes, hoz > st.

Mainly because you'd use 30ed/15ias jewels and be able to use soe.
