I know a few of you (looking at you, Doc. I must have duelz with that 30 shock/grizzly.) played there before we went down a while back, so I figured I'd swing in to say we're back online with new patch/items/forums/etc.
All the accts/stuff you had when we went down are still saved, so it's all there if you're worried about "omg my stuff!"
pm me if you want the URL for the site (unless knarl/david/jason gives me an OK to link publicly).
Most of us lifers are back now, I'm iso lld melee/30 open.
for yall that don't know, it's a 1.09 mod, interesting distraction when nobody's on east/west/moon/etc.

All of our accounts and characters are still there? I had heard that everything had been deleted. Unfortunately, I deleted the 1.09 version of d2 I had installed a few months ago, and I left my install discs at home. I'll get my install discs when I go home for Thanksgiving, and maybe play a little then.

anything that was saved server-side is intact, even my 20 ed 17 max rare jewel o_o

ed: version reverser, gate editor, patch, etc. is all avalible, no worries. best thing you can do is copy and rename your current d2 folder, revert it to 09, use patch, etc. all possible w/o cds. no unique key needed to log on, in fact there are usable keys provided if you don't have one.

send me them links, PLEASE! I had just found a 20 ed 13 max vlld jewel before the server went down! I know a bunch of my irl friends would love gettin back on there too, thats how I got em to play d2 with me again!

It should work on macs BUT the downloads from what I hear won't work right on macs. You should be able to download it on windows then put it on a mac by cd or flash drive.

I know it doesnt work on mac, i tried. If you have a flash drive and a friend with windows, dl it that way and transfer the files on the flash drive.
