Shopping Clvl = Ilvl of item?

Subject description: or is it clvl +5 = ilvl?		  
Trying to find an ilvl 50 russet to get 'loosives armor rolled with my pgems. Gunna try shopping one, seems faster.

Anyway, I always thought that clvl = ilvl?

Looked at the shopping calc, and its working out to clvl +5 = ilvl. So to find an ilvl 50 russet, i need a 45 char.

Can anyone confirm?

shopping is clvl+5, provided the vendor can go that high
