I've heard this is a not good uber runner and ive already built a smiter and want to try this.

IF it works, anyone know a good gear setup for one? thanks

I know angel uses one for ubers, but his is kickass anyway.

Smiters are cheap tho.

make a frenzy barby. Grief + LW and dracs. they easy the organ ubers, and can tank the ubers, but when teamed with a smiter trist is done...

i made one just b/c i was bored of a smiter...but i think smiters r still def the best char for ubering.

The best gear for ubers is ALWAYS dr, life steal, res! As long as your doggie has those he's good. Mandatory would be SS + COA + Dracs. Stack res with charms and rest should just be whatever u like using on druids. My smiter uses stormlash and I LOVE that wep for ubers since it has cb and ctc static. makes for easy ubering.

I've used my Fury druid for ubers. Only thing you need is lifetap, but sometimes you might miss if you don't have enough Ar.

i know this isnt what your talking about, but make a summon necro for ubers, im going to make one when i get back

use:
shako
enigma
homonculus
trang gloves
arach belt
sojs or bk rings
marrowwalks
use hoto for stronger minions/res
mara ammy
only need a few summon charms anni and torch if wanted

have a merc for meph use
kira helm
infinity
probably coh for res
and for diablo and baal switch kira helm for gulliums

all you do is build your army, go in, drag meph out, tele onto him with your minions and keep decrip on him to slow him really slow, along with your clay golem, then you can terror minions away that try to attack you or your minions.

could be fun if you wanted to try, just wanted to throw it out there.

Not to mention if you get Urdar revives you get crushing blow minions Very Happy

I've also heard of someone doing trist with an Aldurs fury druid, afaik it just takes a lot longer to do it than with a smiter but it is still completely viable

outlaw do you ever die doing them?

i want a char capable of doing organ + torch runs together.

frenzy barb sounds fun! but i rather do fury druid first since i have a leveled druid char i could use for kicks

i was thinking:

CoA or Jalals - Ed/str or Um
Angelic or Maras
Angelic Ring + Raven or Dual Raven
Stormlash sounds cute...or LW PB. ill find something to work here
CoH Sexy Armor
StormShield Um
Dracs
Gores
TGod

High Resist Torch/Anni. Resist scs and some ar/life gcs

with HoW + Fury + Lycan + Werewolf maxed i think this will work fine? any opinions?

Smiter is just too boring imo...and i have way too many paladins on my account (HLD hammer 18 zealot 30 priest-templar 30 liberator)

sounds sexy... you'll have to boost your ar and res somewhere so angelics with raven is prolly your first option... switch out as you try things out. If you get a few life/res all scs you should be ok res wise.

I'd go coa cuz 50% dr is something I've always liked. Unless u wanna use string instead of tgods.

nah, tgods is necessary for the light sorb vs Ubar meph.

I guess ill get a cheap coa --> ber/um if necessary. if not um/um.

my primary concern is resists thats it. but coa/coh/um ss/quests/20 torch/20 anni i should be ok.

and if i use BoTD even better but crappo CB >.< is last wish any good?

I just use my normal Pvp gear with some lifetap to deal with anything. The only thing I worry about is Iron Maiden =/

My fury has maxed Werewolf, Fury, Lycan, Oak, and HoW. One point in raven, wolves, and vine. If you can afford it, I suggest an Eth Tombreaver combined with Fade to cover any resist problems. If you charge up Feral Rage, it'll give you an enormous amount of leech and a boost in Frw.

The rest of the gear entirely depends on what breakpoints you want to hit, and personal preference.

Only thing I hate about LW is repairing it! It is like Beast... it seems to need to be repaired CONSTANTLY! Mercs never live long enough to give u an aura but that is an option unless u are teaming up with a Paladin for his auras.

last wish pb ftw! no repairs!

lastwish is probobly my fav ubering wep, its got ctc fade, life tap, and might.

its a little slow... but on a frenzy barb or smiter it doesnt make 2 much of a difference.

when my frenzy barb gets a few hits off, he runs so damn fast... he has like 80+ all res except light...which is 90(due to tgods and fort)...so with fade from lw(which u do at frigid with those demon gremlin things) his res is massive...

with 1 pnt into ww he can also duel elemental chars (he ggs fcers...not only does he tank them, he attacks so fast that he keeps them in dodge/block animation, and they cant attack back (: )

mine uses:
grief pb
last wish pb
highlords ammy
2x ravens
um'd arreats
fort
gores
dracs
t gods
on switch 2x 3wc weps

neways... you can make a ss druid or a frenzy barb...i just like frenzy barbs better...
