So...
i have this 7% FHR / 9str / 9 dex jewel laying around for more than half a year(yea it's not that great but it's my pride and joy Confused

)
I did some research, and come to conclusion it would do the best at MLD, since I couldn't find an use on HLD and it doesn't fit LLD requiriments.

Maybe some caster item?
Opinions?

for hld, you could put it in a wind druid pelt or something

ya, i use mb on most of my chars so the -15% req on the wiz isnt really important
