just wondering if its rare to have 30/10 boots under level 30.

req. str is also only 18.

Not too rare, they would only be good worth something if they were warboots for a level 30 kicker, or if someone really needed that fhr breakpoint instead of using charms to get it.

Sanders are teh sex still. Cow king's are really good as well.

im relatively new to LLD and i wasnt sure if the 30/10/5dex was a rare mod on less than 30 level req items. I figured if there was a toon that required a certain fhr and frw these might be worth somethin.
