It's still pretty nice for level 30's - but yeah, level 18 would be icing on the cake.

If it's any consolation, the lightning damage would probably ruin it due to the MDR bug.

Not sure if this would qualify but here it is - my most recent imbue trying to get some boots for my kicker. If not for that lightning damage it would have been under 30 req I'm pretty sure - and would have been worth using even without ED or r/w.
