on serves or on hit can go both fast, slow, short distance, long distance, getting good variety is the key Wink
but yeah its an impressive sport although not many people see it that way.

My friend represented England at junior level, and he wondered why I never wanted to play him Rolling Eyes then he gave it up to play more soccer which I could never understand.

cos if you make it pro leagues your guaranteed to be a millionaire Wink

I went to school and played alongside a guy that has now played for England national team, played in the world cup in Japan, hes on ?30,000 a week, plus signing on fees, win bonus's, goal bonus's, trophy bonus's. Hes transfered to different teams, last move he had the team paid ?5million for the transfer Shocked
Ive come close to making it semi-pro , failed my last trial cos I was injured Crying or Very sad , that would have got me ?200-250 a week to play a game I love, on top of my normal salary from work, but I got a potential trial in the Czech Republic in the summer Very Happy

im prejudice against soccer, mainly because i was friends with an arrogant/ignorant fellow from england who claimed soccer was the ONLY sport, and all others were hobbies.
