Hi, i've been palying lld for almost 4 years now at euroscnl and despite the fact I now have a really good gear , i've always felt sorry for those who couldn't afford such items.
That's why I'm trying to create a LLD AvA league , based on lowbudget builds in which everyone could play.
Here's the idea:

- lvl 30 amas , only norm mode(no grush)
-no charms : to make sure its respected , players will be asked to carry 5*spears in their inventory before duels
-only clean items(no jewels) : maybe pgems or shit runes
-as for stuff, i was thinking of:
-upgraded roguebow -> best choice i could find so far
-tal eth runeword on light armor-> 25%run
-sanders boots ->40%run
-sigon gloves+belt ->30ias
-pezcrown -> 15%run vita/mana +1skill
-angelic rings+amu -> not everyone can afford sojs
-switch : whistan to block h=when walking/running

This setup will allow 8fps (50+30) , 80%run ( no malus)
As far as stats and skills are concerned, its up to the player to find the best setup : dex/vita , bow/passive

As u see, my purpose is clearly to offer to the widest range of players the possibility to duel in a frame where only sniping skill prevails, so if you have any suggestions/improvements to submit, feel free to do it here.
I really hope some people will be interested in making this idea come true.

Sounds nice, good idea, but unreal. No one on 101 anyway, is going to make apurposefully crappy zon just so they can play in this little game. No offense, its a noble idea for all the "poor people" but if you want snipe, just use magic arrow ==

deaths gloves/sash would be a better combo than sigs, imo.

maybe if it wasnt just restricted to amazons. i think an all caster league would be pretty easy to pull off. pcrown, etlich, mages, sanders, viper, spirit sword, rhyme, fcr rings and whatever belt probably nightsmoke or soe. you could ofc have some room to work with like allowing frosties or bloodfists to a class that has met their fcr bps. no class specific items would be allowed, naturally.

my budget zon i threw together with stuff i had on hand:
bloodfists
twitch (15 maxed, left over from when i upgraded my 18 zealot)
deaths belt (cbf is a must)
sanders
upped nef rogue
angelic rings/ammy
20frw/30 maxed helm (friend gave to me from an old bowsin build)
swordback+javs on switch (the javs i had were the really crappy ones i got from anya when i was rushing this zon)

i know not everyone is as much as a packrat as me but all these items are pgem fodder or free in some cases.

i have since upgraded her gear a little
sojs
rare ammy
rare fhr/life/mana belt (sub in deaths when i need to)
30frw/40 maxed helm

i'm still using the crappy charms that i had on hand that people had thrown on the ground as being too bad to use.
