65% enhanced damage/ 121 attack rating
4 sockets
15% enhanced durability

You want the 15% enhanced defense, not durability.

Rondache is the best shield for lvl 9s.
Crown Shield is the best for lvl 18s.

had a brain fart there my bad.

for lvl 18 pallys (i believe the level requirement on this shield would be level 12 but i might be wrong-heraldric, of course once you put in those lvl 18 maxers the lvl jumps =P )

I'm less sure about the resistance but I believe it is 45% resist all.

btw quick pull for my trade list I do have 2 near perfect pally shields =)
-crown shield lvl 18 req: 30 defense, 64%ed, 121 ar, has 0 sockets (will get 4 sockets, dropped from hell)
-superior heraldic shield lvl 12 req: 23 defense, 65%ed, 113 ar, has 0 sockets (will get 4 sockets, dropped from hell)
