i have a ring with 10 fcr and 20 strength  but no attack rating unfortunately. i'm interested in the 3/12/15 and the 15/cold res charms.

I could use these
ive got a 3/25 fire -4 fire 30 energy shutas
(green +5/-4 lvl facet)
also got a 5/5 cold facet die blue I think

-i suppose ill give that c/o....although i doubt ill close. Id prefer a lower Hoz if it means getting more of my iso.

I appreciate the appropriate offer...but i dont trade in HRs. In light of your offer, id be willing to give you the charm if you can convert your rune offer into Mals, Ums (0.5HR) and/or Guls (0.5 HR). If you cannot manage this, youll have to offer in terms of my ISO.

Ras you have c/o for the 3/12/15 with the nec circlet. Ill give R-Freedom sometime to respond.
im not sure an arach is enough to take the 15/11 as that charm has a 40Hr valued c/o atm.
