Bring back "Featured Dueler" please!
It's really fun for me to read that thing.
And I'm sure it's complimenting to the person who gets chosen!
And we can have votes, or tournaments that decide who gets to be featured next, wheee fun.
Well anywho, if it's not hard or extremely time consuming, it would be nice.

featured dueler of the month. something someone earns by hardly ever losing, or by having incredibly nice items.

its an ok suggestion. but how would we go about doing this? we cant possibly have a tournyment every month with every single member in it. it wouldnt work out, too many clashing time zones.

who would judge who has the best items/is the best dueler?

its obviously complimenting to the person who achieves it, but it could also be insulting to the people who dont..

well there could be many ways. there could be a set date and time for a tournamen ton a given month for both east and west, if people can't make it that month, there's always next month. you could choose randomly until every character from every memeber has been showcased. you could have polls in one of the forums for who should be the next feature, with 5 or so selections. I'm not sure exactly how to choose the featured dueler, but hopefulyl we can find some way, and have it back. i think in 09 they jst chose it randomly. we could have elvel 9 featured duelers for some of the months too, and 18's, etc.

its a good idea, I think if we just show the characters that people know dominate, show their items, skills, etc etc,

nah it was Cepheron's bear for like 4 months and then it changed to Knarl's bear and then it changed to clan-honor and there didn't seem to be any featured dueler anymore

I nominate B[x]'s level 9 mini sin to be the first featured dueler, once he gets the last jewel for his armor. he already posted all of his items in the picture thread though :/ I still think it's one of the most impressive builds item-wise that I have seen.

I will second that nomination! B[x] has put a lot of time and effort into that little beauty and she definitely raises the bar for all the VLLDers.

my level 24 fire sorc the lvl 30 necro killer when i make it Razz

those are some east suggestions, seems to have one from each level category. 9, 15, 24, 30 seems to have it covered. if you want an 18, choose 2fat's lvl 18 necro

even though this might be a little more of an effort. i think it would be more fun.

i think, every month we open up a weeks worth of... characters. everybody puts in 1 character and isn ot allowed to post again in that thread. and they cannot put in a character if its already been put up as featured.

the mods know what is godly and what is not. and maybe a small handfull of *wise* llder's in that catagorie can help judge...

o o. and the thread would be theamed. like lvl 9 dueler. lvl 18 duelers, 30 duelers. unique builds.. and then just keep rotating.
