Alright, should I have a -90 resist convic and a 450 damage foh with a holy bolt that heals 390 damage

or

A holy bolt that heals 300 damage, and a blessed hammer that does 440 damage with conc?

holy bolt is usless, unless your dueling a summoner necro.

i would do foh out of those... with all the +combat gear you'd be wearing and all you could probably find a way to do pretty good smite dmg too

Go Foh, the conviction aura will help casters you will probably be teaming with more than the mediocre medium range hammers.
