I have had a few different regen lld's over the years and this is one I havent tried yet.

Skills

11 Prayer
1 Cleansing
X Smite (however much is left)

Stats

This is one place where I'm not sure.
Give me some feed back.. I have been trying to decide if it was a good idea to go for extra str, and mix hi defense armor with skulls in them.

Or go for pure life and get low str armors and put standard rubies in them

Gear

Gnasher/Crushflange

Shield, not sure

4os gothic w skulls, or 3 os BP with standard rubies

3 os great helm skull'd or mask with standard rubies

Angelic ammy and 1 ring for replenish// and a 9 replenish ring i found

Snakecord belt for replenish

Sigs gloves/boots for hi str build or deaths set/ bloodfists for low str

I have about 12 10-15 life larges that i'll probably have to upgrade for lvl 12 i guess.

Any feedback neccesary, dealing with the viability, or the build I gave and suggestions for a better one.

Also, My name is Icx(three letters) so its going to be interesting how many hacking accusations i get.

that requires a full grush, but thats the way i would do it

Use 2x angelic rings+amulet. Consider death's for the IAS, use a Eglitched ancient armor with 4x skulls, 15% sup crown with 3x skull

100 str, for ancient armor
enough dex for max block (which isn't much)
and the little you have left goes into vitality (if any)

You could go all vit, and use a breastplate, but you lose 1x skull, and huge defense.

I love to see new builds arise, fetch yourself a +3 prayer scepter on switch

Now that i think about it, dont waste a point in charge, use a +3 prayer/+1-3 charge scepter, might take a bit to shop!

I'll go into more detail on IAS break points if you wish.

an e glitched ancient only needs 90 str.

Use a e glitched crown too.

Maybe a 4 os heraldic with 4 skulls for attacker takes dmg, or 4 amethists for more defence.

How do I get an Eglitch ancient armor.. and is the glitch for that extra defense or unlimited dura?

eth glitch is when you cube a non socketed non suped eth item it will get +def bonus + sockets.

If you duel level 9s, you will have a ridiculous advantage. Smite is already banned at level 9 for being overpowered against many builds. Not only are you adding 3 levels on top of this but you are also using angelics, an item that is specifically banned for the classes that can go to level 12 and still be considered vlld.

If you're planning on dueling level 15s, you will face a lot of chargers and casters which will beat you easily.

For a lvl 12, I would use a gnasher over a crushflange, since you are losing open wounds not being able to use swordback hold at that level. Also, is manald heal lvl 15 or 12? If its lvl 12, use it. If not, use 2x angelic rings.

For a shield, I would try my hardest to get a vulpine spiked shield of deflection or a vulpine bone shield of deflection. Put a couple skulls or a couple dtm/dex jewels in the shield.

Boots, I would go with sigons, gloves go with sigons, use a snakecord belt (deaths sash when dueling ppl w/ cold dmg) and then you can use a 15% sup gothic plate, which has OK defense and 4 sockets. 4x p skulls in the armor, and get a 15% sup crown and put 3x skulls in it.

I made a really easy to make lvl 15 regen smiter for pub dueling, it was: angelic ring, amulet, armour. Cleglaws sword, shield, gloves, deaths belt, cow king boots, and a 3 socketed crown of your choice (maxers, flawless rubies/skulls etc). i maxed prayer, 1 in cleanse 1 in smite rest in charge. it does surprisingly well vs lvl 18 chargers and was really quite entertaining for how cheap the build is to make. But be aware of low life, clegs shield requires a butload of dex. (mine was grushed on europe, with 1 in sacrifice [was a combined effort with moritz on a pre-rushed sacadain])

You really cant beat angelic armour for a lvl 12 smiter tho. +1 skills + def + mana just off the top of my head.
