Yeah but it's a TRADING CARD GAME first, then they based a game on the TCG..
A game of cards based of a computer game just adds a whole level or geekness..

one or 2 of my friends are big into it...they find it a lot easier and more fun than playing it in real life. There are constantly tournaments going on online. Plus, you don't have to go to a card store to buy packs...you just do it online.
Oh, and i'm not sure if you knew, but when you get tired of playing you can redeem all your complete sets for real life cards that they will actually send to you 
However, I prefered to play with friends and stuff way back in the day when MTG was a huge fad. Had a lot of fun

My report:
Pretty fun game. If you like MTG you'll find this fun. I've never played the actual WoW, so I'm not just some crazed fanboy. If you have any interest in TCGs I suggest you check it out... in the future. Demand has doubled the retail price of these cards in some places, so unless you can find them for MSRP I'd hold off.
p.s. LGS is local gaming store to us TCG nerds.

The ONLY reason I'd play the WoW TCG is for the Turtle mount you can acquire in the WoW MMO due to buying these cards.
Speaking of which, if anyone does play and gets whatever it is that allows them a turtle mount, contact me privately.
