Ok, so my X-Box360 aint working. The problem being as I turn a game on it might turn green and stop working and the little light that tells you the X Box is on blinks red whats wrong, its not the games.

Check the instruction guide, they give detailed information about all the different light codes that have different problem significations..
If all else fails, call :
1-800-4MY-XBOX
They'll know what to do..

Which lights are the ones blinking exactly? The position/number of lights blinking tells you what's wrong with it.

Usualy when I hit anything with a CPU, GPU, HD or RAM it starts working, give it a strong open hand tap on the top and each side (left/right) it should work fine then.

Your thinking of the old nintendo or super nintendo, where sometimes if you blew in the game cartridge it cleared the dust or w/e. My brother-in-law bought the second generation of the x-box 360, and his current problem is with the wireless net. For some reason it doesn't recieve the signal from his interenet connection.
