lvl 9 pallys dont need res as much as they do dmg it is a nice shield yes but a rondanch with 60+ edmg 115+ ar would be ALOT more valuable to a lvl 9 pally than a res shield......

Depending on where you found it, will determine if it gets 4 sockets.
If you found it in norm, it probably wont.
If you found it in Nightmare, you have a good chance of it getting 4.
If you found it in Hell, it will definately get 4.
