Could anyone help me alittle bit with this cause everytime i try n get help from pubs they say newb and leave or when i join pub game and if i die they call me a noob and say just leave if your gonna die alot Sad

Just keep practicing, and once you've wasted 100+ hours of this game you'll understand it.

I personally never liked WC3, but my friend... all he does is play DotA when he gets on. He didn't get good by piggy backing on someone else for advice and tips, just learn the gameplay on your own. Figure out which items are good, which skills/chars are good and fun. The best way imo is to be a random hero each time, that way you will get experience playing melee/ranged chars.

Anyways, don't worry about dota. It will take awhile to learn and catch up with. I would advise playing with friends because they MIGHT, be nicer, but even then you can watch how they play. If you don't know how to mirco, I'd suggest mircoing this 1 unit.

Just watch how other good people play. Observe, adapt, extract, use. Otherwise you will need to be playing for a long long time.
Or you can read the forums and stuff, watch replays. Otherwise don't bother too much with it. It isn't meant to be part of mainstream. It is only getting more popular with gamers, not with real-world news.

I'd agree with Icanneverwin, but by friends I'd say watch real-life friends play, much easier then trying to watch a friend of yours play online.

Also, the Mount Olympus game (Forgot whole name, but I know no-one plays it anymore) was 10x more fun then DotA. Personally, DotA is over-rated and not very fun. Running back and forth until you get high enough level to kill the tree, then fall back... then push again... is all very boring. Plus some heroes are so over-powered (from what I've seen) its not really fun to play against them.

dota is a sick game, its really no that hard to understand

-ap mean all pick
-apem means all pick easy mode
-ar means all random hero choices
-arem all random easy mode
-dm is death match ( stupid mod, dont play these ones)

basically u just try not to get hit at the start because the creeps will own you, try to get the last hit on the creeps to get the gold off them. most heros use their moves in combos to be more effective. blah blah blah

alot more stuff, but u to get better u just need to play acouple of times

Why buy War3 if you're not going to play the actual game, and just do stupid 2+ hour custom maps?
