Well, i just dont want to see the firepit get more posts in it than this section really... [lets also try not to flame over other peoples choices]

Ill start off:

Final Fantasy - i think im the only person in the world who dislikes this game, so boring and slow...
Gran tourismo [sp?] - well, i hate racing games in general, but this 1 especially pisses me off
the fifa series - sigh, they could save themselves some time and just change the box each year. Well, i think they do, the content is ALWAYS the same year in year out...
warcraft 3 - i just dont like it
starcraft - like warcraft, slightly better tho
ANY fps on a console - you need a mouse you morons!
guildwars - like an MMORPG, but cleverly not one at the same time [i dont WANT to multiclass!]
doom3 - doom 1 and 2 were so much better it isnt even funny
age of empires 3 - same as doom3
the sims - crap; "oh look my sim is having a bath! whoop de do!" [i got plenty more where that came from]

this is gonna be a long list...

EVERY SINGLE star wars game - they all suck
dungeon seige 2 - tried to be diablo2. It failed. [no pvp ffs]
baldurs gate, icewind dale and any other ad&d game - i tried so many times to like them...
command & conquer - tried to like these too
tekken - crap
the lotr games - crap also

*note: i either own, or have played quite a bit of all these games*

might post some more when i think of them.

gran turismo - never played

wc3 - never played

fps on console - some are good (007, halo), others terrible
guild wars - never played, heard it was so-so
doom3 - never played, heard was great
age of empires 3 - never even heard of it
the sims - tried once, was terrible
star wars - battlefront for ps2 is fun
dungeon seige 2 - never heard of it
baldurs gate - never played
c&c - played red alert, pretty fun for the time it came out
tekken - played, was so-so
lotr- never played

never liked any of the sports games (madden, nba live, racing games, tennis, soccer) besides the mario ones (mario tennis, mario strikers) or the few exceptions (nba jam on snes ftw)

Mouse/Keyboard is retarded because you have 10x better aim with just your hands and aiming with the mouse isn't like aiming a real gun at all.
The controller is closer to actually firing a weapon, and the fps on consoles are usually better than ones on PCs imo.

wow i totally have to disagree there. in console games, not many of them can get the sensitivity down right, so it takes forever to do a 180 if someone is shooting you from behind. in some games theres a stick to move around (forward, backward, left, right) then theres another one to look around (up, down, diagonal, whatever) and then you have to hit the buttons to do actions. since you are using your two thumbs for the sticks, your other fingers cant do much without dropping the controller completely or contorting your hands awkwardly. plus, with only one console, you only have one screen to play on and everyone can see where you are unless you play online.

i think the nintendo wii will reinvent the console fps Razz

99.9999% of console fps's are on available for pc anyway. and the controllers are just so clumsy to aim with. and its really difficult to even move and shoot with them. and they have less buttons than a keyboard [duh] and no typing.

With a controller you just cant crouch-strafe-jump off a ledge while shooting someone in the head.

Anyway, what games annoy you guys [and girls]? Not just games that are bad, but games other people like, but you dont.

We seem to be seeing things completely opposite.

Moving a mouse is more like moving a real gun, since it actually moves on the screen proportional to how you move it in with your hands.

A button on a controller is completely stationary.

I myself, and I believe anyone who actually got good with BOTH of them, would have 10x better aim with a mouse, it's just much more natural for that type of thing. Not to mention how easy it is to "multitask" on a PC (strafing while jumping while moving while aiming while shooting all at the same time) That sort of thing is really really hard to do on a console controller.

You should also keep in mind that on a PC, you have tons more options for different "things" you can do, given the wide array of buttons at your disposal.

Also, the FPS's on PC's are better than the ones on consoles, it's a known fact. Not to mention a lot of console FPS's are just substandard ports of their PC counterparts.

More PC fps are going to consoles than the other way around.

You just proved my point on why mouse keyboard is stupid, because you can do impossible shots and like 3 things at once and have perfect aim.

While with a controller it's much harder to aim/shoot/move/jump all at the same time, so it requires more skill. People that use mouse/keyboard are just lazy imo.

That's kind of like saying putting godly items on a d2 character is lame because it makes thing easier, and allows you to do things that you wouldn't otherwise be able to do with an untwinked character.

No, putting in cheat codes would be more like using an autoaim bot to aim for you while you just sit there and move.

Using god mode and other cheat codes gives you a complete advantage by making you unstoppable.

Using a keyboard and mouse just gives you a few extra advantages.
