Im so full. 
Does anyone here play a text based game called Utopia? It seems like a game you sort of people would play, just wondering if anyone else here does [and how they are doing on it if they do]. If you don't, you really should try it - it's fun [well at least I think it is :-p]. I don't want to advertise, but it's basically a text-based game where you're given some land, gold, and soldiers, and you try to develop into a powerful kingdom. If you want to know more, PM me I guess. It would be really cool if next age, LLD101 could organize a team and we just kept defecting / deleting until we're all in the same kingdom 
Also, mods - if you find anything in my post that shouldn't be here, please don't hesitate to delete or edit it. _________________

Boo. I tried Earth 2025, but it seems I never ran out of turns after I kept building oil thingies... _________________

I never got into Utopia (though my brother was and I think still is big on it). I was pretty deep in Earth: 2025 back about 4 or 5 years ago. _________________

I remember "Empire", which was a text-based BBS game that seems to be in a similar vein to these games. Build up forces and resources, and conquer other players. I played this back in... 1994-95. Good times. Trade Wars also rocked. _________________

I think a similar game would be astrowars. You build up a sort of Multi-planet empire and go attack other users. Turn/points based. |
