Amd Sempron 2200+ (one of the best budget processor imho), 768 mb ram, K7S41GX mobo (meh, its ok), ATi Radeon 9800 PRO, a shitty WD 20 gig hd, a decent case, an unplugged cd-burner, and a 14" Mv500 Compaq Presario monitor (ew).

I can play Half-Life 2 with medium settings with decent frame rates. Gets the job done for running 3-4 Diablo windows. I'd like a bigger hard drive though. Rolling Eyes

hold on hold on...did you turn your 128mb video card into a 256 mb video card????? Is this possible?????? If so...TELL ME PLEEEEASE lol. The only thing wrong with my 6600GT is that it has low vram which makes it chunk on higher demanding games. I would LOVE to upgrade it to a 256mb :S

all you have to do is sodder (or if it has expansion slots) a new ram modual on. I dont suggest that a newbie do the soddering.

RAM on a GFX card :
