Then you didn't follow the quests they give you, and not understand the game is what makes the game great. My first character got lost going to Balmora and I had alot of fun doing random quests.

even though it's not graphically appealing, the original final fantasy on nes was pretty fun. was actually a challenging game. but, dragon warrior was good, too...

I just now read some of the replies to this thread and it seems I am not alone in my love for Morrowind. Quite simply it was a truly great game and the best rpg I have ever played. The combat isn't that great but the rest of it kicked ass.

ff7 is the best on the list but im with fudge...super mario legend of the seven stars is the most kick ass rpg ever
but next in line is of course ff7 its practically orgasmic
