damn the game is sooooo buggy....but it looks pretty sweet (even though i only get like 30fps with 4x AA, Bloom Lighting on, "Large" texture settings and 1024/768 res)

i have 2gigs of ram in my comp now, im pretty sure that my lag and low fps is caused by the ammount of video ram on my card (only 128 Sad

)

anyone else agree?

how is everyone else's running? can you post your settings, computer specs and if u have had any bugs how did u fix them

Pretty awesome on the Xbox...but last night I enountered a stupid bug..

I was inside Krzack or whatever the city is called, you know, the part where you have to clear it out then talk to the captain...

While there's some Scamps or something on the wall and it keeps him locked in combat mode so I can't talk to him.

Well vixen, make a small area effect spell, and eff that bugger up.

i've been very busy the past few days with final assignments and stuff so i have barely had any time to play. I just lost 40$ in a game of blackjack (our house holds it every thursday, easily 15 people playing), and i havent started my essay that is due in 11 hours lol.

To make it worse, my gf is coming up today at like 630, so i won't have any time to play Oblivion again, plus i'm gonna be extremely tired......but nothing alcohol can't fix eh

With my massive ammount of work, I've only managed to find Jaufree, and am on my way to find the kings son (i got a horse too, yay)

Yeah, just started from an earlier save and found out what I was doing wrong... Made it to Burma which is pretty cool, so much stuff to do.

The lag for me occures sometimes, only when there's lots of ambients and people on the screen at once.

And Jacuqes, don't make the mistake I did, don't hit the horse.

heh too late

he didn't do anything to me though :S. Wolves started attacking my horse when i was riding, and i kept hitting my horse by accident when i was targeting the wolves :S

Is the horse supposed to start attacking u or something?? Like going up on its hind legs?

Yeah, after I attack one he mauled me to death.

Also something to watch out for -

Don't pick pocket the entire camp and then try to kill one of them.

So far i've been beaten to death by; Horses, mob of peasants using their fists.

The Peasant thing was actually pretty funny. They all have this knock-down attack and I was hopping around trying to escape (Hey mob of peasants+gang of horses>platemail armor and a longsword) whenever I hopped they use it and it looked like they were nocking him in the balls.

Another fun little tip: If you're not a very good thief, scope out a shop or house with lots of expensive stuff, case the joint then book ass into Burma and sell all the stuff to the thieves guild buyer. Great thing is, after you sell it and go to jail, you don't have to pay a bounty and you get to keep the gold.

Started murdering people now. My strategy is to kill the guards/case whatever shop has a lot of expensive stuff in it, steal a horse and run all the way back to Burma, scalp it to the thief trader then go to jail.

Works perfectly, you sell all the stuff lose a little stats but it's worth it if you steal enough.

Been upgrading a bit.

Basically I go around finding unimportant folks with houses and kill them.

Another cool thing was betting on the Arena, saving then checking who wins seems to work pretty good.

Oh, and i'm a Vampire now, getting into the Dark Brotherhood soon.
Any idea where to get Grand Soul Shards? or Soul Gems can't remember the name, but I need them to get un-vamped.

Another situation to avoid - Don't try to assassinate Count's you can knock 'em out but it won't kill 'em. Oh, and that chest next to their bed, yup, clay mug and tongs, don't waste your time on the "Very Hard" lock.
