well ive looked at it and stuff but im not sure if i sould get it. i currently play GW,d2,starcraft, and cs and it seems like GW and WowW are somewat related.Basically im just wondering is WoW a cool game and 1 more thing can u pay like 1 payment a year like x-box live if not how much is it per month.

IMO it has the repetitivness of Diablo MINUS THE FUN.

Good for like a month or two until you get bored of making pies.

My point was, with my experiance in the game Diablo is much much more rewarding.

World of Warcraft looks so cool, but honestly it doesn't seem to cater to someone who wants to try a bunch of different things without taking months to do so.

its all in teh genre. WoW is a RPG, Massive multiplayer if u hate the mmorpg.. u will hate wow

zelda is not rpg
guantlet is not rpg
diablo is not MM,, and only 1/2 rpg imo
counter strike...uh... [compirison of apples to the titanic]
those are hyrbid rpg, mostly action/adventure hack/slash

i hear it all the time.. "sucks to have to spend XXX+ hours to get to cool parts in the game."

thats an rpg... pure classic RPG

and the fact the this is MMO... MUST play with 4-39 people to do anything far in the game.

u probably wont hit 60 for months your first time...
it will take u many 4-5 hour Ubrs and LBRS runs before your semi geared. (and u will have to find people who you are cool with and are cool with you...)
it will take you many raids 4-5 hour raids before your MC (tier1) geared
it will take you many raids of 6-9 hour bwl raids (if your even lucky enough to get into those guilds) before your tier 2 geared....

if u dont like reward from months of work dont play wow..
if u dont like to game with 4-39 other people at once all the time
dont play wow

imo i cant go back to diablo after wow.

i dont have time to play a dozen smaller games.. i dont pick up the 8bitNES and start a 10 min tetris fix,, or mega man 2 or 3

its like sitting at the TV to watch your favorite 1 hour show every night.. thats how it is with wow
i raid Monday and wed. thats the guild schedule.
and Pvp (grouped battle grounds, = pvp raids) on sundays

idk ive heard good and bad from here and out side sources as well.i think i will end up checking it out.
