Skills like smite and Shockwave that have a stun length for lets say 2 seconds. Isn't that lowered for PvP and if so, by how much?

i dont this so. that would be like saying
amp lasts shorter against players.. i dont think it does
openwounds lasts less,, defienetly not true.

or the chill time is 1/2 on players. nope

my gut says stuns lengths are fixed... but perhaps assasin fade or.. that clensing aura could help.
