i tried up date it but it shows no pic sign... only a small red x,

was the file too big? where should i change the file size?

This forum does not host avatars, if I remember correctly. You need to upload the picture to a different site and link to it using the "link to off-site avatar." A good place to upload the picture is http://www.imageshack.us or similar site. This info should be in one of the stickies.
