Is it possible to fade as a non assasin.

There are no Fade charges on any items, but there are items that have "% CtC Fade (on striking) or (when struck)" I think I saw a unique like that once.

Unique "Ward" shield has x% chance to cast level 8 fade when struck. the way duelers use it is they go out to cold plains and let themselves get hit by monsters tkill it casts before they duel.
