14 Ice Bolt

Helm: +1 Cold Skills Circlet
Aim for one with + to life and FCR.
Amulet: +1 Cold Skills Amulet
Again, FCR and more mods.
Weapon: +1 Cold Skills, +3 Ice Blast Orb
If I don't get this... Or at least a +3 Ice Blast, I'll just give up.
Armor: Twitchroe
Still wondering... I was going to aim for blocking, or should I use a PRuby armor?
Shield: Hel'd Sigon's
+1 to all skills... Should I go for max block?
Gloves: Bloodfist
Life and FHR.
Ring: Manald Heal
For mana regeneration.
Belt: Death's Guard
Cannot be frozen.
Ring: Manald Heal
Same as before/
Boots: Treads of Cthon
Allows for more running.

Strength: Enough for equipment
Dexterity: Max block?
Vitality: All
Energy: None

Now my main question is... Max block or not?

Final stats with damage:
684-716 Ice Blast Damage

Frost Nova is to slow down those who like to run around you...

Spam Ice Blast when they come close.

Frozen Armor is to raise defense... Hopefully I can get this and Frost Nova on one orb so I can put more points into Ice Bolt for synergy... Which would give me:
736-770 Ice Blast Damage

i would go with max block because most of the 18-20's you will face are melee.

treads at level 18? no thank you. cow kings boots? yes please.
use a pruby armor, max block is EASILY attained on sigon shield, since its incredibly high to begin with. the dex added from cows boots alone (+20) may do it for you.

also shiver armor is better, as it will damage any melee attacking you. chilling armor with shoot back, but its a horrible choice as it seems to slow your fhr animation right down..

whatever armor you choose, dont put any points into it, just shop a +3 armor of your choice staff and put it on your switch. saves more points for synergies Wink

atleast til you find an orb or stone with the same +skills, then use that with another hel'd sigon.

if you are willing to go one more lvl a fb sorc at 19 is more effective (just no blocking and its much much cheaper and easier to get gear for)

hell rushed lvl 19 fb sorc gets around 700 damage also but all you need is a +3 fb leaf staff (short staves are easy to shop on normal and will always get 2 sockets) and with stealth and 2 10% fcr rings you get pretty much enough fcr for the most part
