I used to play Pokemon after Gold/Silver came out. Then it just kept getting worse. I've played the new remake of red/blue and it's alright but not the same.

i used to play r/b/y...the best part about the game was strategy...the game involves sooo much thinking. if i had people to play against right now, i would still play.

I played pokemon card game in 5th grade when it came out, and i played Red blue and yellow. I still have a non-gameshark unlimited hp guys sittin in the cartridge.

I haven't seen them in awhile

lol, funny i saw this, theres this guy that plays pokemon in my 5th hour, he's a junior in my Highschool...
wierd part is he's a cool guy... i guess thats the way my HS is though, the more you make yourself look like a moron, the cooler you are.

That explains my popularity. i only pretend to try O_o

Back when red/blue/yellow was out, my friends used to play it with an emulator on PC, and I used to make fun of them because it looked horrible and I wondered how ppl could play it for so long. Then when Silver came out, I gave it a try......addicted, its just the style of the game thats really good, after that I got the old ones so I could get good pokemon and transfer them to silver ^^", then I played Crystal, and lastly Sapphire. Some new ones came out, but now Im just bored with it, it doesnt appeal to me anymore. I just liked the idea of this rpg, where you get a team and train em up and duel other people.

to be honest, i will be 18 in an hour and a half (go ahead wish me a Happy B-Day =D) and i still enjoy the game when i know i'll be bored for a long time.
All my friend's who like video games say the exact same thing. I guess im just a dork.
But a lot of the people who deny it are lying. lol.
i know it to be true!
and god damn! i've never heard of crystal and there is newer ones?!? I still play my little old blue one.

I was addicted before...

I didnt want to play it anymore, but i was addicted, so i used the overdose method and playd it for about 4 hours a day.

Now i cant stand any card games other then old-fashioned ones like poker, spoons, and blackjack.

biggest addiction i ever had,
i watched the tv show, got the cards (massive thing at our school), had red/gold version.
i nearly had the whole first collection of poke cards, needed charizard and alakazam. yea....

I bought them off Ebay and sold them at an inflated price at school. Was never really sure their worth so I just bought the shiny ones and the ones in Japanese.
