If you go higher than 9, you have no business dueling vs. real vllds.

Where would I shop a scepter with the sac charges?
Would I be able to get anything with a lvl 87?

Oh... you can shop sac charges with an 87, just not level 11
I'm not sure how to figure out the level needed to shop them, I just knew that level 11 needed a 95+. My guess is that you can shop level 10 charges with a level 87 though.
