im lookin to make a trap asn fire or Lightning?

and if so what gear should i use.

i Recomend lightning traps and use lightning sentry.

Lightning Sentry is faster and has more damage, but Wake of Fire has a wider range, but has less damage and can't shoot as far... So go with lightning.

And remember, it's possible to get both +3 Lightning Sentry and +2 Traps on one claw.

Helm: +2 Traps Circlet
Amulet: +2 Traps Ammy
Weapons: 2x +3 LS +2 Traps Claws
Armor: Vipermagi/Spirit Shroud
Gloves: Frostburns
Rings: 2x SOJ
Belt: +life/mana belt
Boots: Sander's Riprap

+8 Traps
+3 All Skills
+6 Lightning Sentry

I never looked at the rules can trappers go to lvl 29 now? If they can only go to level 24 still I would reccomend wake of fire for sure. If they are allwoed up to 29 now I would use lightning sentry definetly.
