Shockwave druid for sure.

Level 30 build

1 werewolf
1 lycanthropy
1 werebear
1 maul
7 shockwave
1 oak sage

For a total of 12 skill points. That leaves you with 22 skill points. You can do what you wish with those, max lycanthropy for a total of 195% life bonus with oak sage and no +skill items, or you could put points in maul for those people who get through the shockwave. Thats really up to you.

Then for your items:
Since shockwave doesn't work off ias or fcr AFAIK you'll wanna go for +skill items IMO.

Honor knout
Silks
P crown or rare druid circlet
2 shape ammy
2x sojs
Sigons sheild*
deaths gloves*
deaths sash*
Sanders boots

*or Rhyme and gloves and belt of your choice

That gives you 7 or 8 +skills giving you a total of 66-76 shockwave dmg and a 10 seconds stun dmg.

Could be fun!

Actually reb, I thought shockwave druids were dependant on a bear to kill people, not shockwave skill Confused

If it's pure shockwaver you're going, then I prefer WC barb Very Happy

shockwavers used to be decent in 09, but i dont know how they do now. I have dueled a few lvl 33 singers and they all suck, even with decent gear. I would try the druid out first, to see if it works.

i made one in beggining of patch and it seemed to me fcr did the speed casting.

and it doesn't ignore def ne more. so it's actually like physical dmg attack.
it made me sad :(.

gl on it but it's kindof a lost cause, though it is a fun annoyance.

I've made a wc barb and my friend has made a shockwave druid, although they were both lvl 33. The shockwave druid only did about 125 dmg or less i think, with about 3k life, I forget mana. my wc barb did 300-325 dmg with 3k life and 1100 mana. his shockwave druid died a lot, my warcry barb never died to any melee under lvl 50 including lvl 45 pallys built to duel at that lvl and lvl 27 pallys with full max dmg charm and honor and all that and a lvl 48 smiter, it seemed to work very well. although any sorc or necro could beat it easy if they knew what they were doing. But I beat a level 60 something necro on him cause he was bad at using his necro Laughing

Anywho for funny i would use shockwave but for weffectiveness i would use warcry barb. But that's both at lvl 33 maybe lvl 30 is a different story, but i don't think it would be too different because they would both still use 50%fcr weapons and both use the same weapon so they both lose the same thing.
