I'm making a mf-sorc just for the sake of finding vlld items from norm andy using the quest drop glitch, what i'm curious about though is how much mf is best?

I'm not convinced "as much as possible" is good because that should yield lots of nagels/nokozan relics or other more or less useless low lvl uniques right? I would like to know if there is such a thing as a "sweet spot" in mf% if you wish to find as many rares as and as few uniques and magic items as possible.

Any ideas? Razz

quest drop means ull get all rares or higher with 0 mf.

the more mf % you have the better your chance of blues and the worse your chance of yellows. so use 0 (zero) mf %.

Are you sure? I've done exactly like the sticky says and she never drops scrolls/pots/bolts etc so i'm sure it's the quest drop but I get blue items sometimes..

Forgot about that, so they are failed sets.. hmm so best way to get most rares are 0% mf then, got it.
