obviously +1combat scepter with +3hs +3conc and ias.. would be the decider.

im fooling around with the skill planner.

this is the skill layout i got for level 25. including your +1 combat shield (im assuming its a barbed), etlich, and +3 conc scepter.

3 holy bolt
3 blessed hammer
22 smite
3 charge
4 holy shield
2 might
2 blessed aim
5 concentration

with that you get
120% conc dmg
330% smite dmg
barbed smite 18-35
holy shield smite +9-12

so if im doing this right, it should be
18to35+9to12x450%
27to47x450%
121.5 to 211.5

so a total of 121-211 since bnet rounds down.

no where close to 300-400. then again, maybe im missing something. Confused

the way i had figured its all about the +3 HS thats the trick..

your going to get smite to slvl 20 and have TONS of ed% with smite and ateast 1 point into conc.. its all about getting HS to slvl 9

+1 combat +3HS
tarnhelm
eye
+1 combat barbed of deflecting

smite:20 +4
HS: 2 +7
conc: 1 +2
pre reqs 5

18-35 barbed shield

smite 24 360%
HS adds 20 - 34
Conc: 90%
100 str to add another 100% right?

38-69 (550%) = 247 - 448

(was there something else that could be done to boost HS and then switch out later does that work to keep HS boosted)?

This might sound stupid, but for more damage use 20 +5 large str charms?

u guys dno't need hs on same scepter as the smite scepter, it's not a passive that changes ammount of anything when skills are taken away after casted. just a suggestion.
