Well... my lvl 29 Thrower has his buld around masteries for hopes of doubling dmg usually when lvl 16 doubles dmg but his exact build is

Bash 1
Double Swing 1
Double Throw 1
Throw Mastery 20
Increased Stamina 1
Increased Speed 1
Howl 1
Shout 1
Battle Orders 5

Thats lvl 29 take of 2 on bo maybe

personally, id max bo to the level, and find out (using the skill planner) which adds more ed, double throw or throwing mastry, per level. then max that one. plus id go to 29, since its allowed.

Yuppers thats what i did bo to the lvl i said take off 2 because he said he was goin to 27 and thats a 29 build gl to your thrower.
