Hi, ok i'm new here, and i read the stickies at the top etc, did a search, and couldnt find anything relating to what i want. So i hope i'm not breaking any rules.

OK, Well first up, these builds are for level 29.

12 Plague Javelin
20 Poison Javelin

1 Dodge
1 Evade
1 Avoid
1 in Either: Inner sight or Critical Strike

1 Magic Arrow
1 Multi Shot
1 Cold Arrow
1 Guided Arrow


Equipment:

Peasent Crown (OR +1 Ama circlet with frw, 2 socks)
+1 Ama rare amulet (dont know exactly what stats would be best here)
Deaths Gloves + Sash
Cow Kings boots
2 x Sojs
Twitchthroe socketed with a 20 max damage jewel
Javelins with (+1 java skills from prefix and +1 inherent java skills)
Rhyme Bone Shield
Rare Runebow (14x ed, 20 ias, 1 socket, with some AR and cold damage)


If you could think of any changes that would improve this, or if you just think the build is pretty rubbish, please say, and could you please back it up too

Steel Cutlass (OW and Ias, should get 6 frame smite with the rest of the gear i propose)
Rare Barbed Shield, 30/20 Deflecting, 2 sockets, resists or Rhyme Barbed Shield
2 x Soj
20 Ias gloves
Cow Kings boots
String of Ears

I realise there is quite a bit of information avaliable on the Smiters, but i wanted to make this post so that people could compare it with the other 2 characters mentioned. If there are any changes you think would be good then please say

Ok, thanks for all the help, I am very grateful for any help given, and as i said at the beginning, i hope this isnt breaking any rules. I did search, but couldn't find enough information on the builds + i did post my proposed builds so people can rip them apart and Laugh.
