I'm starting a lightning sorce and I was wondering if you could tell me your stats, because I'm not sure if i should go for enough dex to have max block or not. And since I don't have the best charms in the world I need as many points as possible for Vitality.

max block is a must on any lld. unless all you do is run run run run run run run. i use vicerataunt as my shield, and i have a 9dex jewel in my orb. youll need about 67ish (dont qoute me on that) dex to achieve max block. pruby your vipermagi and pcrown/circlet. get sanders boots and then youll only need 40 strength for magefist.

Alright so, should I p diamond my visceraunt or go with that rune that gives increased block? Is is worth doing that to save the points in dex?

shael gives faster block rate, not increased chance to block. go with the pdiamond.

I was thinking Eld, just couldn't remember name. It gives like 7% increase chance to block. Alrighty then, P diamond it is.

oh yea it does...thatll save you about 3-4 points of dexterity....not worth it im my opinion, since 3-4 stats only translates to 6-8 more life. whereas 19res all would stop alot more dmg than that.

in weapons: +75% Damage To Undead, +50 Attack Rating Against Undead
in armor and helms: 15% Slower Stamina Drain
in shields: 7% Increased Chance of Blocking
