It's good for pubby games, sure. But against other lld101 duelers, it's quite cheap. It allows for huge damage, along with 5 more levels for more stats and skills.

Bela has one if you wanna hit him up for skills and stats, etc...

do you think the stats and skills would be very different from a lvl 30 build?

I kinda doubt it. Stats would be the same I suppose. Skills...I guess it depends on what you want to sink more points into...bs or spear, or something else...

heh, i have a hellrushed level 35 white using necro. yea he does big dmg, but its no fun. if you kill everyone, you might as well just goto high level dueling. the point of staying within the level restrictions is to give everyone a challenge and to have it all around fair.

I though lvl 29 was the cap for lld, so how is lvl 30 staying within? (if i am wrong, please disregard this.)

I normally grab my lv36 (I don't like the number 35) Necromancer when things get out of hand in a non-restricted LLD public game, and Bela usually does the same. The damage output on these Necromancers can range from 900 (when I first started with low-end equipment) to well over 1.2k... But the wand, helm, shield, and amulet are extremely hard to find.

It's not LLD, but it's used for defending LLDs Smile

Thanks Mystic. Now I have a new question: what stats did u use on your lvl 36 necro? Do you recommend emphasizing BS or Bone Spear? The wand adds +3 BS +2 from the white runeword, so will that be enough with one point? What about synergies?
thanks

Check out the rules in the PvP rules discussion section.

max bone spirit to your level, then bone spear, then get as much armor as you deem needed, then max bone prison. since you're going to make a non-rule following necro, you might as well just spam prison out the ass and spirit them to death.

the prefered tactic is spam spirit til they;re running in a circle to avoid them, then prison and let them all catch up. it usually kills the person.

And that's also the least fun way to do it. A good tactic is to shoot some bs in their direction, let them run from it, then shoot spears in their path. If you hit them, sometimes they won't expect it and they'll go into FHR animation and stop for a second, allowing the bs to catch up and hit them.

Just because he's lvl 35 doesn't mean he has to play with no skill. Very Happy

true, but playing with an overpowered character usually means no skill anyways. people complain about level 30 necros being too strong. level 35 is even worse, i know, i have one. and its boring.

My lv36 Necromancer, as I have said previously, is 99% of the time used to kill off higher level characters that choose to pick on one of my LLDs.

Skills are pretty basic...

Items:
Helm: Peasant Crown; +2 PnB Circlet with FCR, Life, Mana, Resists...
Amulet: +2 PnB Amulet with FCR, Life, Mana, Resists...
Weapon: +3 BS Wand
Armor: Skin of the Vipermagi
Shield: +2 PnB +3 BS Rare Head; +3 BS "Rhyme" Head
Gloves: Magefist
Ring: The Stone of Jordan
Belt: +80 to life Plated/Heavy Belt
Ring: The Stone of Jordan/10% FCR Ring
Boots: Sander's Riprap

Inventory: +15 Resist All GCs, +Life/Mana SCs, +Faster Run/Walk, Tome of Town Portal

It's also fun to get 95% fire resist and tank Meteors from lv70-80 Sorceresses. This character is usually the reason people call me a hacker.

Anyways, good luck, as long as you fairly duel with your lv35 Necromancer. Smile

Don't waste charm space with a tome of tp, just put some scrolls in your belt if you really need them.

I have other things to put in my belt

<_<
>_>

And I don't have many charms. I don't really use my Necromancer alot anymore. Then again, I haven't LLD'd in a while...
