can enyone give me a breakdown of what i need to know and use for the kicker i wanna make?

I have a lvl 15 equipped Kicker, looks something like this:

lvl 12 Dragon Claw
lvl 2 Tiger Strike
lvl 1 Claw Mastery
lvl 2 Burst of Speed

Weapon: 3 x Flawless Amethyst Blade Talons
Shield: Pelta (socketing with 12% DTM jewel when i bother to get one)
Helm: 3 x Flaweless Amethyst Mask (Crown would be ideal)
Armor: 4 x Flawless Ruby Superior Ancient Armor
Gloves: Bloodfists
Belt: Death Guard Sash
Boots: Any pair of greaves will do
Jewelry: Angelics

All in all your damage will be low, so plan on having to rely on a charged kick to deal any damage. Moving to level 18 would just replace the Flawless gems with Perfect ones, and of course it would mean a charm change from Small lifers to small sustenances.

If you want decent damage before a charge up, just go to 25-26 for War Boots.

just a sugestion, but why not use the 'steel' rune word? and "any greaves will do", might as well goto sigon greaves then. unless you shop some with better mods than 40% cold res and 20% faster run walk.

personally if i was going to make a kicker above level 9. id goto 29 and use:

Strength
2 Socket Melee Weapons
Amn + Tir
35% Enhanced Damage
25% Chance Of Crushing Blow
7% Life Stolen Per Hit
+2 To Mana After Each Kill
+20 To Strength
+10 To Vitality

Blade Talons are range 2, you don't need much more ias required with BT to hit max FPS, and more AR for claws due to Amethysts and claw mast O_o
